Storyline :

Roger Closset lives in a small bungalow on the outskirts of Charleroi. He lives with his wife and this two children. He also has a pigeon fancier next door who swears by Napoléon, his champion carrier pigeon. There’s the village and its idling factories. Roger earns a modest living as a photographer for the local newspaper. He hacks into police frequencies and monitors the news. Roger wants to get out of it and dreams of entering the record books to win the car promised by the Traders’ Association.
