Storyline :

Sophie, a lawyer, and her husband Thomas, a police commissioner, live with their five-year-old son Arthur in a house by the dunes and the beach on the North Sea.

But one day, tragedy struck while the little boy was playing with a kite in the dunes near the house: a phone call from Sophie’s law firm, thirty seconds of inattention and Arthur disappeared without a trace other than his red kite abandoned in the bushes. With no ransom demand, the police investigation is stalled, even though Thomas is the police commissioner.

The years went by and Sophie couldn’t give up: she gave up her career as a lawyer, took a training course and joined the police in the unit run by her husband to trace little Arthur.
